Product was good quality however, the first time I ordered them the box was damage possibly during shipment but missing two bottoms. Emailed company and they are sending me two more.Needed more for a tradeshow, so I placed a second order and it came with two missing bottoms again. Looked at the images and box does only hold 4 bottoms and 6 tops. Can not find any where in the description that says it only comes with 6 tops and 4 bottoms.

Love these love these love these! Are use one to keep a photograph or painting in reach for my stepmom at a long-term care facility. It keeps it clean in handy and she has a painting at both sides. I also gave one to my daughter for her office and I have a few throughout my house. They are not just for menus

Unfortunately we found that total four bottoms were missing in this order of four packs (6/pack). Is there any way we could get replacements ? Thanks
