Substandard quality for something that needs assembly
The trick to assembling this mediocre thing is keep the pieces flat, not trying to hold it in a rectangle. Watch out for pinching your fingers when inserting the bottom piece and be prepared to gently bend it to overcome the twisting that has it sit on two corners in instead of all four. Not going to return; wouldn't buy again.

I have now purchased 4 Hanging File Organizers...3 for me and 1 for my daughter. We both like to do scrapbooking as a hobby and I found the legal size hanging file Organizers to be perfect to hold sticker packages of any size especially the tall packages. It is a bit difficult to put together not because directions are not clear, but because inserting the rods is often quite tight.

Somewhat easy to assemble
It goes together okay, though one of the pins was warped slightly and it required a few choice cuss words to coax into place. Overall it works great, some of the other reviews mention the file folders slipping, but if you're using legal-sized file folders it seems to be a perfect size.
